Alamar Performance Learning Inc. (Alamar) is a Canadian, Toronto-based consulting firm established in 1990 that focuses on: building, supporting, and enhancing high-performance through learning. This means that learning must align with the motivation, productivity, business goals, and customer focus of the organization.

· Alamar has 18 years experience in the development and implementation of custom-designed blended learning strategies for national and international organizations in Canada, United States, Caribbean, Central and Latin America.
· Our solutions are developed and delivered by a cohesive team of experienced senior professionals, who work in collaboration with the client’s team to maximize the talents of all resources.
· Alamar’s experience working with financial institutions is extensive, particularly regarding implementation of new leadership/team disciplines, technology, processes and procedures plus regulatory/ compliance initiatives.
· Projects are typically large in scale, high risk in nature, impacting large numbers of people, quite often geographically dispersed across one or more countries. Our solutions include work in languages of English, French, and Spanish.
· Our diverse, multi-language projects combined with on-going research give us the ability to bring new and better design practices and delivery techniques to the table.
· We have vast experience with a wide-range of learning delivery solutions including: traditional classroom and self-study, virtual classroom, web-based courses, online coaching, performance support, and online collaborative work-based learning. We are also familiar with and have worked with a number of Learning Management Systems.
· In January 2008, we were awarded Vendor of Record status with the Ontario Government to provide Learning Strategy and Needs Assessment services across a number of ministries.
· With the large-scale implementation of technology, Hewlett Packard partners with Alamar to provide their clients with change management and strategy services to help ensure that the client transfers as seamlessly as possible to new environment.
· In the past 10 years Alamar has won 11 awards including those from the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and the Canadian Society of Training and Development (CSTD).
